HIBISCUS LANE
BAY POINT

RESIDENCE, 2003

The roof as a tree canopy that shelter the spaces underneath.

The renovation of this small 1950’s Miami cottage was an opportunity to open the dropped ceiling and add to the interiors the expansive and beautiful craftsmanship of the cathedral ceilings. The concept was to make the spaces of the house feel protected and embraced by the scale and warm of the roof.

It celebrate the memories of the clients by blending their art, antiques and furniture in a very harmonious and eclectic way.
